Registered Nurse - Inpatient Float Pool
Are you a Registered Nurse with a passion for providing direct nursing care to patients? Join our team at UNM Hospitals As part of the Clinical Advancement Program, you'll have opportunities for career advancement and increased compensation.
We offer a generous sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement, along with shift differentials for weekday and weekend night shifts. As an RN in our Inpatient Float Pool department, you'll work within the nursing process to provide care to patients of all ages. You'll also provide clinical leadership for other staff and serve as a role model to promote a positive work environment and quality patient care.
Education requirements include a nursing program graduate, and a nationally accredited nursing graduate. No minimum experience is required, and bilingual English/Spanish candidates are welcome. Credentials should include CPR for Healthcare/BLS Prov, RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM, and national certification in the area of specialty.
Working conditions may include exposure to chemicals or biohazardous materials that require PPE, and heavy lifting of up to 100 pounds. We're looking for candidates who prioritize patient safety and actively seek opportunities to improve care.
