    Senior Customer Service Agent

    **Senior Customer Service Agent**

    **Main Functions**

    Responsive order processing for customers domestic and international

    Team leading under the responsibility of the director of customers service

    Provide tracking of shipments and updating customers

    Communicate frequently with internal/external customers and distribution sites

    booking and liaising with freight carriers, LTL, FTL experience with refrigerated freight logistics is a real plus

    Process international/export documentation (e.g. commercial invoices, etc.)

    Set priorities, achieve deadlines, and manage multiple tasks at the same time

    Invoicing responsibilities

    Inventory control and transfer responsibilities

    Miscellaneous tasks upon request

    **Technical skills**

    Required

    Bachelors degree from a four-year college and/or eight years related customer service experience

    Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

    Experience with web based ordering/accounting systems

    **Personal abilities**

    Required

    Accuracy and attention to detail

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Must possess strong analytical skills

    Great team spirit

    **General criteria**

    Required

    Strong problem solving, decision making, critical thinking and negotiations skills

    An asset

    Ability to multi-task

    Logistic skill, Thorough understanding of transportation modes and solutions

    Interest in the sciences
