- Confirmation of contract details & fulfilment of orders
- Walking through the warehouse touching all departments throughout the day.
- Providing leadership for all crew members & management staff
- Recommend alternate products based on availability or specifications if requested product is unavailable.
- Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction.
- Execute operational & logistic plans effectively.
- Attend networking events if needed.
- Assist sales in maintaining a strong client relationship through being on time & constant communication with client.
- Manage time efficiently, meet personal and operational goals, and work effectively with other members of the sales and operations staff.
