About the role - you will:
We are seeking a skilled paralegal to join our legal contracts team.
As a member of the contracts team, you will collaborate closely with and support contract managers, attorneys, and other legal professionals.
Primary responsibilities include:
document management, contract lifecycle management, and contracts database maintenance
Other tasks include:
creating electronic records and uploading documents in Apttus (Salesforce), routing documents for paralegal or attorney review/approval, as required, submitting documents for signature via DocuSign, retrieving agreements and distributing as requested, providing contracts policy and process training to internal partners and providing general support on special projects.
