- Ingest third-party contractual documentation (e.g., nondisclosure agreements, business contract, master service agreements, statements of work, license agreement, addendums, project change requests, etc.).
- Maintain internal systems to ensure accurate summaries and tracking of third parties and contractual terms.
- Assist with initial and annual due diligence review of third parties.
- Generate and distribute reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- Review and provide input on all department procedures, policies, and flow documentation.
- Communicate identified issues to management and the appropriate lines of business for review and resolution.
- Assist with other duties as required.
- Paralegal associate degree or bachelor's degree required
- Experience reviewing and managing contracts strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and possess a high degree of organizational skills
- Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel SharePoint, and Adobe
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and work efficiently under specific time constraints
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to work both independently and effectively within a team

Position SummaryThe Contract Management Paralegal is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of third-party contracts.
The Contract Management Paralegal will collaborate with partners from the Legal Department to address a variety of business needs and requirements.
