**Internship Program**

The internship is a full time, paid internship. The program runs 12 weeks with the opportunity to start in late May or early June.

**Our Team**

We are seeking a high-energy, driven Sales Coordinator Intern to add to our growing Sales Efficiency and Transformation team within the Sales Operations business group. This cross-functional team interfaces with Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Deal Desk, and more.

**Responsibilities**

Provide one-stop-shop support to Sales and Sales Management by assisting them through the sales process, including internal processes and Salesforce inquiries.

Execute on the day-to-day, tactical elements of sales programs, including design, content curation, delivery, and ongoing support.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Channel, Deal Desk, Sales Enablement, Marketing and Legal to name a few) to ensure sales project alignment.

Proactively communicate status updates and remove the noise so that the sales team can focus on selling.

Pursue and leverage feedback from Sales Team and other stakeholders in order to proactively collaborate with Sales Ops Leadership on process and systems improvements.

Organize operational trainings and general cadences with Account Executives and Sales Management on an ongoing basis.

Assist with sales tool (CMS) optimization, roadmap and provisioning.

**Qualifications**

Rising senior or above, pursuing an undergrad degree in Business, Communications , or similar.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
