Job Description

NEW RESTAURANT: Where authentic Mediterranean comes alive Upscale, fine dining restaurant is seeking individual who specializes in creating a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
Oversee guest services and resolve issues
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
Train and manage kitchen personnel
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

At least 5 years as a restaurant general manager for a high volume, fine dining or upscale casual restaurant concept. Prefer seasoned and well trained candidates from premier, high-volume steakhouses or large upscale restaurants and highly successful operations
High-volume management experience (minimum $6MM +).
Some knowledge and experience with Greek Mediterranean cuisine is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
