    We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of productivity and guest satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue goals and control expenses.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
    • Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Manage employees on proper customer service practices by providing guidance and leadership expertise.
    • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations with General Manager.
    • Multitask calmly and effectively in a busy and demanding environment.
    • Prepare and conduct pre-shift and other employee meetings.
    • Organize and oversee daily shifts and scheduling.
    • Monitor, address, and document staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
    • Available to rotate throughout the bar, restaurant, and back of house to ensure efficiency.
    • Effectively communicate to employees their job requirements and restaurant expectations.

    ​Qualifications:

    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
    • Knowledge of restaurant operations including shift management, and hospitality management.
    • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
    • Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
    • Promote teamwork and always lead by example.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to clearly articulate direction and expectations.
    • Have the skills necessary to build, coach, and develop successful teams.
    • Passion and commitment to excellent guest service and quality; ability to successfully resolve guest service issues.
    • Follow all policies and procedures that comply with company standards.
    • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or similar role.
