    City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a driven professional to join our Sales Team. If you are a proactive salesperson who knows how to close deals while maintaining honesty and understanding your clients' needs, then our team and bonus structure are a perfect match for you.

    As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing new business in a dynamic sales environment. From generating leads to finalizing the sale, you will oversee the entire sales process. Working closely with account managers and your sales team, you will foster profitable relationships with clients.

    If you excel in this role, you can potentially earn over $100k in your first year!



    In this role, you will:
    • Identify and assess potential clients.
    • Initiate sales procedures by arranging meetings, understanding client needs, and delivering initial presentations.
    • Secure sales by establishing connections with potential clients, showcasing our services, addressing concerns, and finalizing agreements.
    • Devote a minimum of 20 hours weekly to prospecting.
    • Effectively utilize CRM systems to manage client information.
    • Maintain your top 25 prospects list in the CRM system.

    Create a positive work environment through respectful communication and behavior that fosters strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.

    Undertake additional tasks as delegated by management.


    Requirements:
    • At least 3-7 years of sales experience.
    • Minimum 3 years of combined B2B inside and outside sales, with a proven track record of closing deals.
    • Recent 2 years of successful B2B sales.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems.
    • Prior completion of sales training courses preferred, such as Sandler, President's Club, or Dale Carnegie.
    • Dynamic and outgoing personality.
    • Positive attitude towards challenges.
    • Organized approach to sales processes with the ability to convert prospects into clients.
    • Experience in closing short-cycle B2B sales.
    • Excellent communication skills for presentations and one-on-one meetings.
    • Proven ability to coordinate team efforts and collaborate effectively with operations and marketing teams.
    • Strong presentation and communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
