Harbour View Hospital (Suffolk, VA)
Harbour View Hospital is Bon Secours' new, surgically focused hospital, set to open in early 2025. The facility will include 18 medical/surgical beds and up to four operating rooms.
The 98,000-square-foot hospital will adjoin the existing Bon Secours Health Center at Harbour View campus, which includes an emergency department, outpatient imaging, outpatient lab services, an ambulatory surgery center and physician practices.
Nurse Manager - Operating Room*Sign On Bonus Eligible - Up to $20,000
Serves as a professional role model, mentor, and clinical resource/educator for staff and other members of the health care team.
Develops unit goals and objectives with other staff based on analysis of clinical and team leader processes to improve patient outcomes and create a culture of excellence.
Represents the unit and is a liaison to internal and external customers.Graduate of an accredited program in professional nursing. Work requires knowledge of operation of department patient care techniques and methods.
Previous work experience in a supervisory or charge position that required knowledge of financial management and personnel supervision and practice, desired.
