Manage the day to day operations across 10 OR's with a team of 90 FTE's

Strong level of support from an Assistant Nurse Manager and a team of four (4) Clinical Coordinators

Department performs over 8,000 annual procedures including general, cv, orthopedic, urology, gyn, neuro, bariatrics, and robotics

Position reports directly to an inspirational and collaborative Director of Surgical Services

Qualifications & Requirements for Manager, Surgical Services (RN)

BSN required (Master's preferred)

RN Active License State of Georgia

Minimum two (2) years of progressive surgical services/operating room leadership experience at Assistant Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services/operating room setting

Minimum five (5) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required

Collaborative, servant leadership style
