What You'll Do:

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.

You will lead by example, providing guidance and support to our nursing staff.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and mentoring a team of dedicated nurses.
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Assisting in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.
  • Overseeing the coordination of Surgery Scheduling
  • Manage a team of Surgery Center Professionals
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Preop, PACU and circulating OR nurse

Qualifications:


  • Current RN license in CA
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced healthcare setting.
