This company has been in the business for 45 years, specializing in Commercial/Industrial painting and Residential painting. They are known for their high-quality work and exceptional customer service.

As a Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects, understanding contracts, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 5+ years of experience in Paint and Coatings who is detail-oriented and has a passion for delivering top-notch results.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage commercial painting projects
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Oversee project documentation and contract administration
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams

Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
