    Description


    A client in New Haven is looking for a Program Coordinator to join their team and work on a hybrid schedule 3 days a week onsite.

    This person will be joining a team of 3 other Program Coordinators. Together, they are responsible for planning and executing roughly 4-8 educational programs per month. 10% of their day is spent in delivery team meetings, 10% working in LMS (Learning Management System) and Monday.

    com (platform that allows users to create their own project management tracking) for the event planning itself, 60% high level program planning (ex: booking hotels and confirming program sessions), and 20% speaking with vendors at the events they put together.

    Their LMS is Nobel Ed and they will be trained on how to use both Nobel Ed and Monday. com. This Program Coordinator must have a strong willingness to learn and ability to communicate with others.


    Plusses:

    • Confluence experience
    • Experience using an LMS (Learning Management System)

    Must Haves:
    * 1-5 years of program/event planning experience (can be wedding planning)


    • High level program planning experience with Excel, Microsoft Suites, and Outlook
    • Experience talking with vendors
    • Strong, polished communication (SELLING POINT FOR MANAGER)
    • Coachable
    • Flexibility with working hours (role is an 8:30am-5pm but hours may fluctuate on days where there is an event)
    • Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree with relevant professional experience.
