    We're looking for a remote Media Buyer for a successful digital marketing agency with experience managing large ad budgets (up to $1mm+/mo) to drive customer/user acquisition, facilitate first-rate ad content that converts, and test, track, and optimize campaigns.


    Please be prepared to share a marketing portfolio or case studies demonstrating campaign performance data and ad content that you either created or edited.

    Perks/Benefits:
    Base compensation of $65,000-$85,000 + lucrative performance incentives
    Growth opportunity - we're an intentionally small group of highly experienced individuals - you'll be a key member of the team
    Remote flexibility with satellite offices in LA, Nashville, and Atlanta
    Travel and other work-related expenses covered as needed

    Responsibilities:
    Strategize, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and more
    Produce regular reports on performance, interpret data, establish benchmarks, and provide actionable plans and recommendations based on insights
    Identify and present new opportunities and areas of growth that will improve digital media ROI
    Assist in the curation and creation of high performing ad content using photo, video, graphics
    Test the performance of ad creatives and copy, page design, and other campaign elements to improve results
    Gather data on consumer and industry trends and behaviors, competitors, and market conditions
    Collaborate with team members to create full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns across all channels
    Work with the executive team to develop audience growth and monetization strategies and build our customer and talent/influencer client network
    Be the thought leader around all things media buying, content that resonates with audiences across all platforms, our competitors and opportunities across the adult content space in social media
    Know everything there is to know about social media trends, competitors, great content, tips/tricks/tools for creating and tracking content
    Provide regular analytics reports


    Requirements:
    Demonstrated success executing and managing performance-driven digital media campaigns and buying ads against CPA and conversion goals

    with 6-figure+ monthly budgets
    Expertise in Facebook Ad Manager
    PREFER experience in of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, as well as 3rd party management tools
    Experience with A/B testing software such as Optimizely, VWO, FunnelFlux, Hotjar, or comparable tools
    An eye for compelling content that converts and technical ability to create and make content adjustments as needed to get results
    Knowledge of relevant social media meme accounts, content creators, influencers, etc.
    Must be super analytical and able to extract data, create reports, present findings, and make decisions to facilitate audience and revenue growth
    Flexible schedule and able to post and engage with audiences on nights and weekends as needed
    Highly motivated and self-starting - must be able to strategize and execute with minimal oversight on a day-to-day basis
    Team-mentality. Must have a good attitude, maintain professionalism, be kind, and promote an overall healthy and people-first work environment
    Respond to calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency
    Function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
    Work well and calmly under pressure
    Proficient with Google products and project management software
