    Description


    As an integral member of Tarkett's Marketing team, the SEO & Analytics Manager will spearhead the development and implementation of SEO strategies and analytics across our Commercial, Residential, and Hospitality businesses in North America.

    This role demands a blend of technical SEO skills, data analytics expertise, and a strategic mindset to enhance online visibility and drive effective digital marketing initiatives.


    Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAdvanced SEO Strategy Development:
    Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies, including site audits, competitive analysis, and backlink strategies specific to Tarkett's North American markets

    Analytics & Insights Mining:
    Perform comprehensive analysis of website analytics, user behavior, and conversion metrics; identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable insights

    Campaign Strategy Alignment:
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external business partners to align digital marketing campaigns with SEO strategies and business objectives

    Content Optimization Leadership:
    Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute a content strategy that supports and enhances SEO efforts

    Technical SEO Management:
    Manage technical SEO aspects to improve site performance, focusing on site speed, mobile optimization, and crawl errors

    Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:
    Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to report on progress, share insights, and adapt strategies based on data-driven feedback

    Collaborative Integration:
    Lead cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless integration of SEO and measurement strategies across all platforms and channels

    Trend Analysis & Competitive Research:
    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry trends and adjust strategies proactively

    Training and Development:
    Keep abreast of the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and tools, and provide training to team members as necessary

    Compliance & Ethical Practices:
    Ensure all SEO and marketing activities adhere to industry standards and best practices, maintaining compliance and ethical practices.
    Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.

    At least 5 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, with a track record of successful SEO strategy implementation.

    Expertise in SEO/Analytics tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio), and familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Marketing and conversionSales and Marketing
    • Knowledge of principals and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
    This includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
