Your profile:

Several years of experience in a similar position, experience in managing and developing online shops on a national and international level, strong analytical skills and good understanding of numbers, P&L responsibility, planning A/B tests and managing external service providers and agencies, implementing measures to increase usability, user experience, and conversion rate, responsible for campaign and promotion management for the countries under your care, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, hands-on mentality, strong affinity for the fashion and/or lifestyle industry, fluent in German and English.

Your professional experience:
Several years of experience, ideally as a Senior Online Shop Manager*, Head* of E-Commerce & Merchandise Management, Teamlead

E-Commerce.
