- Advanced SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies, including site audits, competitive analysis, and backlink strategies specific to Tarkett's North American markets.
- Analytics & Insights Mining: Perform comprehensive analysis of website analytics, user behavior, and conversion metrics; identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable insights.
- Campaign Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external business partners to align digital marketing campaigns with SEO strategies and business objectives.
- Content Optimization Leadership: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute a content strategy that supports and enhances SEO efforts.
- Technical SEO Management: Manage technical SEO aspects to improve site performance, focusing on site speed, mobile optimization, and crawl errors.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to report on progress, share insights, and adapt strategies based on data-driven feedback.
- Collaborative Integration: Lead cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless integration of SEO and measurement strategies across all platforms and channels.
- Trend Analysis & Competitive Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry trends and adjust strategies proactively.
- Training and Development: Keep abreast of the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and tools, and provide training to team members as necessary.
- Compliance & Ethical Practices: Ensure all SEO and marketing activities adhere to industry standards and best practices, maintaining compliance and ethical practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, with a track record of successful SEO strategy implementation.
- Expertise in SEO/Analytics tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio), and familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
