As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking a Senior Accountant (m/f/d) for our renowned client in Bremen, starting immediately. This position is a direct hire.

Your responsibilities:

Management of all accounting business processes, booking of all business transactions (using INFOR M3) for various companies
Monitoring of individual and flatrate value adjustments
Monitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivable management
Management of provisions
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to German GAAP and IFRS
Reconciliation and confirmation of group netting for individual companies (INFOR M3 + TM5)
Monitoring/support of treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting
Support in projects such as system implementation (ERP, Cashforce), preparation and review of reports
Acting as a substitute for the Accounting Manager when needed

Your profile:

Completed commercial training or degree with a focus on finance and additional qualification as a certified accountant or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in the abovementioned areas of responsibility
Strong knowledge of German GAAP and IFRS
High IT affinity, proficient in working with ERP systems, experience with INFOR M3 is desirable
Project management and leadership experience, particularly in managing change processes and motivating employees
Excellent numerical understanding and analytical and precise working style with a holistic view
Willingness to travel
