Your responsibilities

  • Managing and prioritizing project plans and ensuring the realization of customer orders
  • Managing the nationwide expansion of fiber optics in exciting projects (including 5G expansion and expansion of commercial areas)
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of a growing team of 12 employees
  • Ensuring the development of technical standards in the field of fiber optic planning and responsible for consistent documentation
  • Creating technical performance and cost budget reports
  • Responsible for the coordination and management of various FTTx projects
  • Developing and implementing a national standard for fiber optic planning
  • Reducing risks through proactive risk management
What we are looking for

  • Completed degree, e.g. in telecommunications engineering, computer science or alternatively training as a telecommunications technician, communication electronics technician or career changer with several years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry or with a service provider for telecommunications companies
  • Experience in leading employees in a similar position
  • Very good understanding of the structure of transmission and transport systems
  • Very good knowledge of the structure and documentation of fiber optic networks
  • Very good knowledge of common planning and documentation tools and experience in planning with GIS systems
  • Analytical thinking and independent and structured way of working
