Customer Service Representative for Home Emergency Call System (m/f/d) in Cumberland Head, NY
At our location in Cumberland Head, NY, we provide older and vulnerable people with the opportunity to live safely in their familiar environment through our home emergency call system.
As a social service employee (m/f/d), you have a good sense for our customers (m/f/d) and are their direct contact for all matters related to the home emergency call system in their homes.

Your responsibilities:
***- You are empathetic, patient, and advise our customers (m/f/d), close contracts, and install the home emergency call device
- You explain the functions of the device to our customers (m/f/d) and conduct test calls with them
- You give customers (m/f/d) the opportunity to ask questions and answer them in a understandable and professional manner
- You maintain and document the devices, and enter customer data into the tablet
- You perform administrative tasks as part of daily operations
- You assist with the social care of our home emergency call customers (m/f/d)
- You assist with home emergency call incidents
- You perform first aid tasks
