- Represent private and public firms, portfolio companies, private funds and alternative investment vehicles relating to tax aspects of M&A's and fund formations.
- Understand how specific agreements fit into larger agreements and objectives.
- Demonstrate strong deal management including but not limited to drafting, negotiation, analysis and communication.
- 3-6 years of experience working for a law firm as a transactional associate.
- Experience representing both private and public firms.
- Previous demonstrated representation of portfolio companies, private funds & alternative investment vehicles relating to tax aspects of M&A's, fund formations and other similar areas.
- Must be located within 1 of the 3 specified locations.
