    Role Description

    This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating, and handling labor and employment law cases. They will also be involved in various day-to-day tasks related to casework, client communication, and document preparation.

    Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge of law and labor and employment law
    • Experience providing legal advice and conducting research
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize tasks
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Experience with tough litigation issues such as catastrophic claims, death, Panel issues, etc.
    • This is a full-time, on-site position. California State Bar license membership in good standing is required. Includes health insurance, paid holidays and accrued vacation; sign-on bonus available.
