Receptionist/Client Services Specialist (Temp to Hire)
$18/hr

The first point of contact for clients needing assistance with their insurance and its services.
Responsibilities

Manage client inquiries by phone, email, online, or in person
Builds a positive client relationship through collaboration and trust
Provides clients with their coverage features and guidance on procedures.
Processes claims and reimbursements on behalf of the client
Updates and maintains the client CSR database
Expedites service challenges to the appropriate manager/insurance contact
Schedules appointments for senior advisors and president
Other tasks and projects assigned by CRM

Technical and Soft Skills

Able to balance workload through multi-tasking, prioritizing,
Attention to detail
Verbal and written communication skills
Web based research and CSR cloud-based system
