Responsibilities/Essential functions:
- Schedule and coordinate installation of terminal communications at retailer locations
- Receives and processes change of ownership documentation
- Accesses various reports and analyzes opportunities to improve retailer terminal performance
- Maintains spare vending key inventory and ships replacement keys as requests are received
- Process requests for cash drawer installs and removal
- Inputting of field technician work schedules into Astea
- Chronic retailer escalations
- Equipment relocations
Position requirements/Skills & Abilities
- Able to prioritize multiple projects
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convey thoughts, ideas, and materials to all departments
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Intermediate computer software and hardware knowledge
- Ability to compile and analyze statistical information
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies
- Ability to work with all levels of management
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
