Corporate Services Specialist (Full Time) In Office, Middletown, DE
Compensation Range:
($21.00- $28.53 per hour)
Required:
Associate degree or Higher Education or 5 years of relevant work experience as a Corporate Services Specialist.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Able to perform to equally high standards in durations of fast pace, high work volume of projects and tasks assigned.
- Direct communication with team members, clients, and client advisors.
- Comply with and understand company operations, policies, procedures, and quality control.
- Keep confidentiality of all client information and client matters.
- Build relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concerns.
- Research, analyze, review, and process legal documents.
- Fulfill requests and answer questions for customers via phone or electronically.
- Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing clients.
- Manage customer portfolios and organize workflow to meet customers' time frame and demands.
- Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents
- Navigate between multiple databases quickly and accurately.
- Recommend process improvements where applicable.
- Maintain and grow existing customer business by providing outstanding service and by recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check.

Experience
- At least 5 years of experience working in a businesstobusiness customer service or administrative capacity.
- Full understanding of Corporate Legal Services.
- Salesforce experience a plus
