- Assist in structuring learning content to launch Cummins Sales University (CSU) within the Seismic for Learning platform to support the implementation of our Learning Management System within our function sales tools.
- Develop training solutions inclusive of interactive AI functionality within our sales training learning journeys.
- Manage user functionality and content validation within our preferred Learning Management System by owning the responsibility for uploading training content, managing user set up and access levels, and reviewing, and escalating support tickets as appropriate.
- Development and maintain tracking systems/reporting for Cummins Sales University (CSU) course content.
- Strong computer skills necessary, to include basic computer navigation, typing, data entry.
- Experience working with the following Microsoft suite software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Effective interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications.

We are looking for a talented School to Work - Student to join our Global Sales Enablement (GSE) team for our location in Indianapolis, IN. This role offers opportunities to support learning and development training curriculums for our global sales professionals and sales managers, and opportunities to support GSE to navigate a new learning management system (LMS).
Work schedule can vary as needed to accommodate the student's regular school schedule. Request that successful candidate work a routine schedule up to the STW limit of 19 hours per week, and no less than 15 hours per week. There is room for flexibility when needed, but we request that a routine workweek be maintained as much as possible. Intern MUST be available to work at least 8 full weeks of internship - NO EXPECTIONS.
Qualifications
CAPSTONE PROJECT- At the end of the internship, the intern will be able to present the functionality of our new Learning Journeys within the new Learning Management System (Seismic for Learning) and illustrate their learned capability to strategically structure learning journeys based on business segment, role, and region, while implementing new technologies to introduce a more interactive learning experience.
PROFESSIONAL NETWORK DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES- Intern will be able to participate in coaching and development within the Global Sales Operations organization and other departments as interested. Position will include opportunities to work with a leader focused on development and corporate responsibility. Interns will participate in a full calendar of intern events including leadership speaker sessions, corporate responsibility activity, and training.
