- Starting the referral process with new partners by fostering relationships and educating Social Workers and Discharge Planners
- Following up on referrals by guiding clients and their families as a consultant
- Background in Healthcare Sales, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred
- Experience in prospecting and cultivating key partnerships on behalf of your organization is advantageous
- Effective communication skills, projecting professionalism and genuine enthusiasm, are essential
