    Director of Offering Management at Honeywell

    Reporting to the Chief Product Officer for Building Management Systems (BMS), you will play a pivotal role in shaping Honeywell's strategic direction and ensuring business success. Your expertise in leadership, strategic thinking, and teamwork will be crucial in delivering positive outcomes for Honeywell.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the BMS software offering management function to elevate customer experience.
    • Develop a comprehensive plan to enhance cost efficiency for Honeywell's BMS products and services.
    • Implement a monetization strategy to unlock value through feature offerings.
    • Foster innovation through software solutions that extend customer operations.
    • Utilize Agile Framework to drive software product strategies for growth.
    • Manage product roadmap, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
    • Collaborate with teams to introduce new offerings and enhancements.
    • Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 10 years of product management experience in software/SaaS products.
    • Prior leadership experience in product management of software platforms.
    • Proven track record in developing and scaling software offerings.
    • Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
