What to expect:

As part of the commercial management, you will be responsible for the management of rental and condominium properties (our accounting team takes care of bookkeeping)
You will use your communication skills in negotiations with owners, board members, tenants, and caretakers
If maintenance measures are necessary for a property, you have no problem advising customers on commercial and possibly technical aspects
You demonstrate your confident demeanor by moderating
