We are looking for

For our client at
Berlin location, we are currently seeking a dedicated
Call Center Agent - Inbound (m/f/d) to join our team through _temporary employment_.


Your responsibilities

  • Providing telephone support and assistance in case of accidents, such as car breakdowns or collisions
  • Organizing assistance for restoring vehicle functionality or towing
  • Answering questions regarding insurance coverage
  • Handling and forwarding emails
  • Registering new customers and maintaining the database
  • Documenting customer inquiries and requests

Your profile

  • Ideally, you have completed a vocational training
  • Previous experience in a call center or other serviceoriented field is desirable
  • Friendly and communicative with good verbal and written skills
  • Fluent in German, additional languages are a plus
  • Quick learner
  • Team player with flexibility
  • Proficient in using computers and MS Office products
  • We also welcome and train newcomers and career changers
