Description
My Responsibilities
- Planning and conducting internal and external meetings, conference calls, events, and trainings for a team of 15 people
- Managing time tracking and vacation/leave files
- Travel management (planning, booking, managing visa process, expense reimbursement)
- Ordering and managing IT equipment and office supplies, managing the ordering process
- Onboarding and offboarding support for employees, students, and contractors
- Coordinating office space assignments
- Point of contact for facility management activities
- Acting as support for the DES (Segment Director and team support)
My Qualifications
- Education with a focus on office management
- Solid professional experience in office management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with high flexibility in handling changing priorities
- Openminded, friendly demeanor, high customer service orientation, and teamwork skills
- Fluent in German and English
