Responsibilities- As an office assistant, you will be responsible for planning the inventory management system and processing orders accordingly
- Your tasks will also include invoicing and communicating delivery dates to customers
- You will initiate processes, handle customer inquiries, and follow internal procedures
- You have completed training as an office assistant and have gained some professional experience
- You have experience with inventory management systems and common MS Office products
- You have an open personality and are a team player
