For our client, an international energy company, we are currently seeking a long-term Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible in Elsberry, MO.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for processing and resolving claims related to various aspects such as address research, mistaken identities, and inheritance investigations. This includes verifying addresses and proactively conducting research.
  • Additionally, you will report to your superiors and communicate externally with partners such as lawyers, consumers, and contract lawyers.
  • Another part of your responsibilities will involve collaborating with crossfunctional departments and specialist teams such as complaint management, reporting, and business process management to improve processes.

Requirements:

  • A completed commercial education and at least three years of professional experience are required for this position.
  • Experience in the debt collection industry would be advantageous.
  • Research experience.
  • Good written and spoken German skills are also required.
  • In addition, process affinity, a structured and responsible work style, assertiveness, and negotiation skills are considered important qualities.
