    Job DescriptionIT Staffing Sales Leadership Opportunity - Philadelphia Market
    Job Summary: Our client is looking for a senior IT Staffing Sales Leader to run the Staff Augmentation Division. You will work with the Sr Leadership Team on Sales Strategy and Trends to continue to grow revenue along with candidate and client satisfaction while leading a team of sales and recruiters.
    Key Responsibilities:Business Development:
    • Leverage your extensive industry knowledge to identify and pursue high-value client opportunities.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new tech clients.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to set annual sales goals and targets.

    Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored staffing solutions and industry insights.
    • Oversee and ensure the satisfaction of existing clients, addressing any concerns or issues.
    • Proven track record of closing and managing high-end sales.

    Sales Team Leadership and Mentorship:
    • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of junior staffing professionals.
    • Share your sales expertise through coaching, training, and mentorship.
    • Collaborate with management to optimize team performance and meet collective goals.

    Candidate Selection to Placement:
    • Collaborate with recruiters to identify, evaluate, and present qualified tech candidates to clients.
    • Participate in candidate interviews and assessments for key positions.
    • Ensure that candidates align with client requirements and expectations.
    • Facilitate candidate-client interactions, including interview scheduling and offer negotiation.
    • Utilize your negotiation skills to secure favorable employment terms for candidates and clients.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, technology, HR, etc.).
    • A minimum of 5+ years of successful sales experience, with a substantial focus on tech staffing or related industries.
    • At least 3 years of managerial experience, demonstrating leadership and mentorship capabilities in the staffing industry.
    • Profound knowledge of the technology industry, including current trends and emerging technologies.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
