We are a family-owned company with over 130 years of tradition and see ourselves as a partner to the retail shoe industry.

In addition to our wholesale business, we also operate our own shoe stores. We are currently looking for a full-time SALES REPRESENTATIVE (M/F/D) for our inside sales team in Camden.

If you have a passion for shoes and fashion, enjoy working in sales, and are committed to promoting fashionable and successful collections, then we are looking for you.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Processing orders and providing telephone support for our product range
  • Creating and processing invoices and credit notes
  • Cancelling orders
  • Preparing and following up on customer complaints
  • Informing customers about delivery delays and dates
  • Tracking packages
  • Assisting the outside sales team with their duties.
