Responsibilities:

Develop a strategic vision for product and cost engineering of innovative products.
Analyze and improve product performance, with a focus on durability and ergonomics, while also reducing production costs through material and construction optimizations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product and cost engineers.
Gain valuable insights by developing a deep understanding of the industry, production processes, materials, and suppliers.
Think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our product portfolio.
Collaborate closely with different teams to engineer the best and most commercially viable product portfolio.
