    Team Leader (m/f/d) Sales & Regional Account Management

    Job Overview*TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.

    • Regional responsibility for a specific customer, with a focus on increasing sales, developing new business and maintaining customer satisfaction
    • Define annual growth plans and future-oriented sales strategies, taking into account customer and TE strategy
    • Identification and evaluation of new business opportunities and expansion of the existing product portfolio
    • Development and implementation of action plans for product alignment according to customer requirements
    • Identification of business areas in which TE is not the market leader and definition of the necessary product requirements
    • Responsibility for the complete sales cycle from quotation to contract conclusion
    • Pricing of the existing business with a special focus on increasing profitability
    • Development of the TE strategy and growth plan
    • Elaboration and internal implementation of sales and development projects
    • Monthly sales control, rolling sales forecast
    • Sales budget development / benchmark analysis / competitive analysis
    • Employee management; target setting and definition of further development opportunities and training of direct reports

    What your background should look like:** Engineer with a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering

    • At least 6 years of relevant professional experience as well as leadership experience
    • Technical knowledge, ideally of contacts and connector housings, sensor technology and infotainment, as well as knowledge of general trends and technologies in the automotive industry, ideally in the OEM sector
    • Excellent communication skills
    • High degree of tactical/strategic as well as solution-oriented thinking and acting
    • Knowledge of TE Project and SAP is an advantage
    • Class B driver's license is a prerequisite
    • High degree of willingness to travel
    • Fluent in German and English
