    Description

    Lighthouse Lab Services has partnered with a leading healthcare network in North Carolina, and we are in search for an Anatomic Pathology Services Manager to join the team.

    Position Information:
    The Anatomic Pathology Services Manager is responsible for the successful operation of this combined service area of the laboratory and at all facilities that require anatomic service support. This position will have responsibilities for all anatomic services for all locations. This includes all facilities and the following disciplines: Cytology Histology and Autopsy Services.

    Responsibilities of the Position: Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Effective selection and management of supervisory personnel, technical personnel, and customer service personnel.
  • Responsible for financial management of expenses and labor quality assurance/CQI regulatory affairs to include CAP CLIA JCAHOHIPAA and other training and education of staff.
  • Development of an excellent customer service delivery for Anatomic Services system wide.Experience Requirements:
  • 4 Years Management in a Direct Area of Responsibility And 5 Years Clinical Laboratory Required.Education Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Science Required
  • And master's degree Business Administration PreferredLicensure/Certification Requirements:
  • National Credentialing Agency for Laboratory Personnel Certification Required (ASCP, AMT, etc.)Hours of Work:
  • Monday-FridaySalary:
