We are a growing start-up focused on delivering valued services to established and start-up dental practices and dental service organizations.

Our main objective is to deliver expert consulting strategies to operationally organize your dental practice, all while backed by our analytical staffing services.

We are seeking a Full-time Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of optimizing dental practices through strategic consulting and staffing solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Statistics, or a relevant field.
1-3 years of experience in a business analysis role or related experience.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and business intelligence software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
An understanding of the consulting process and project lifecycle.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Gather and interpret relevant data and information.
Conduct analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data sets.
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver appropriate reports.
Document and report findings and work collaboratively with the consulting team to develop actionable strategies.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients and senior consultants.
Support project management tasks, including scheduling and coordination.
Contribute to the design and implementation of business solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.

Client Responsibilities:
Support the consulting team in delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions.
Help prepare materials for client presentations and meetings.
Engage with clients to gather necessary data and feedback for analysis.
Ensure timely communication of findings and insights to the consulting team and clients. - Contribute to the creation of client deliverables such as reports and dashboards.
Assist with the facilitation of client workshops and meetings as needed.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client interactions.
Uphold the confidentiality and privacy of client information.

Reporting Responsibilities:
Prepare regular reports on market research and analysis for internal review.
Assist in the development of performance reports and updates for project stakeholders.
Support the creation of documentation for process improvement and best practice development. - Collaborate with the consulting team to compile insights and learnings from completed projects. - Provide input for internal briefings and knowledge sharing sessions.
Contribute to the maintenance of project documentation and databases.
Support the team in reporting on project budgeting and expense tracking.
Help ensure alignment with internal standards and reporting guidelines.
