    B.E. Blank & Company ("B.E. Blank & Co LP" or "the Firm") is in search of a dynamic and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be tasked with spearheading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and contributing to our competitive positioning in legal lending landscape.

We are the capital partner of choice for values-aligned law firms that utilize our investments to broaden access to justice and drive positive behavioral changes amongst society's most powerful actors.     RESPONSIBILITIES:


    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and acquire clients.


    • Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, and traditional channels.


    • Create written and visual content across various marketing channels.


    • Collaborate with the team to analyze market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and maintain our competitive edge.


    • Monitor and assess marketing campaign performance, utilizing data insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.


    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.

    QUALIFICATIONS:


    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or English is preferred.


    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing is preferred.


    • Strong analytical skills with a solid grasp of marketing metrics and KPIs.


    • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.


    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.


    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.


    • Proactive mindset with a willingness to tackle new challenges.


    • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.


    • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
