- Ensure timely completion of tickets to support the Customer Experience teams.
- Securely handle customer data files to create customer lists, match offline events, and maintain data privacy.
- Collaborate with ad platform representatives and internal teams to grasp ad platform best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, implement best practices, and work closely with different teams.
- Optimize campaigns based on Paid Social strategies to enhance performance consistently.
- Conduct quality checks during ad playbook creation.
- Maintain updated notes in a client's Hubspot company for visibility to other team members.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues on platforms to ensure optimal performance.
- Enhance knowledge of target platforms, especially regarding new product developments.
- Provide strategic insights to support Customer Experience teams in campaign creation and optimization.
- Assist in updating training resources and procedures for day-to-day operations.
- Participate in client calls, offering platform knowledge, guidance, and best practices as required.
- Support the Paid Social team in various technical and administrative tasks.
- Over 2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.
- At least 1 year of creating social media ad campaigns from scratch.
- Strong understanding of running digital media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest.

- Ability to solve problems effectively.
