- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals

- Utilize outside sales techniques to expand the customer base
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
- Calls and/or visits existing customers and target accounts to identify needs, establish buying cycles and to facilitate a strong customer supplier relationship.
- Able to understand customer needs and aware of industry trends and market develop meets that drive buyer behaviors.
- Identify opportunities to grow the regional segment customer base and prepare action plans to convert sales prospects into new accounts.
- Conduct technical presentations and discussions to promote the products.
- Proven experience in sales management with a focus on Industrial sales
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze sales data effectively
- Demonstrated success in managing accounts and driving revenue growth
- Experience in business development and market analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of professional sales experience, preferably with fiberglass pipe experience
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background.
- Extensive knowledge of the pipe industry and its client base
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under the pressure of multiple deadlines.
- Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel and others General understanding of CRM and ERP s stems, processes, and procedures.

JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for all field sales activities including customer contact, sales calls, contract initiation, market activity monitoring, and competitive intelligence gathering necessary to secure orders. Responsible for analyzing markets, developing sales and marketing plans, forecasting sales, and monitoring sales program implementation in collaboration with the Commercial C&l Team. Develops and maintains sales relationships with all customers in assigned territory. Develops and implements major account sales strategies to increase revenue and profit. Collaborate with other sales/field service representatives with focus on high level of Service Quality.
