    About the Role

    Are you a bright, enthusiastic college student with an interest in human resources? We are looking for an intern to join our dynamic HR team and gain valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of HR.

    In this role, you will:
    • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing new hire paperwork.
    • Support with employee relations tasks, such as processing paperwork for leaves of absence, benefits enrollment, and terminations.
    • Help maintain and update HR records and databases.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
    • Participate in special projects as assigned.
    Qualifications

    Qualifications
    • Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (preferred).
    • Passion for learning and a desire to make a contribution in a fast-paced environment.
