Ready to be a Titan?ServiceTitan is looking for an Accounting Implementation Specialist to join our Implementation team.The ideal candidate will have three or more years of professional experience which includes a balanced combination of accounting, analytical skills, and client relationship management.
The Accounting Specialist will perform accounting data migrations from our clients' legacy accounting platform and will assist configuring our software to accommodate our customers accounting, procurement, and inventory workflows.
What you'll do:
Perform accounting data conversion from various complex CRM/Accounting software to Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop, and IntacctManage multiple projects at any given time and successfully deliver high quality resultsAct as a Quickbooks/Accounting subject matter expert and contribute to future product development and integration effortsBe an extremely effective communicator understanding the significance and appropriate use of various communication channels and tone based on circumstances and audienceServe as the face of the company in front of most impactful clients and skillfully navigate all conversations, from introduction to long term relationship buildingCoordinate with cross-functional resources to deliver against defined timelines and client accounting business requirementsFacilitate sessions with client stakeholders to outline scope, goals, deliverables, resource needs and do it all with confidence and a smileAnticipate project risks and issues, confidently address any and all challenges, mitigate risks and issues and escalate to appropriate parties where requiredWhat you'll bring:3+ years of professional experience which includes a balanced combination of accounting, analytical skills and client relationship managementBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent field strongly preferreAbility to communicate effectively, both externally to clients and internally to cross-functional departmentsOrganized project management and detail-oriented to ensure deliverables are timely and accurateAbility to work effectively individually and in a team settingKeen foresight to identify potential risks and also potential opportunities for process improvementExperience with accounting integrations, including implementation, troubleshooting and reconciling is a plus

Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process.
Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location.In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
