    Your Job Opportunity:


    As an Implementation Specialist you will be a key player responsible for orchestrating the seamless integration and deployment of our cutting-edge to meet the unique needs of our diverse clientele.

    In this multifaceted role, you will be at the forefront of client interactions, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and providing ongoing support to guarantee optimal utilization of our solutions.


    You will:
    Work independently as an internal liaison to accomplish tasks to meet performance requirements.
    Manage time and resources to facilitate multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
    Maintains customer records by updating account information and task status using project management tools.
    Assists the engineering team with station testing and identifying Root Cause Analysis when unforeseen issues/risks threaten the project's success.

    Collaborate closely with Project Managers and the fulfillment teamReports on the status, issues, and any changes to the overall project; helps support the iteration of internal processes and strategy.


    You have:
    3+ years of experience in post-sales project management, onboarding preferably in SaaS implementation project management roles.

    Bachelors degree in a related fieldSelf-motivation with strong interpersonal skillsExceptional organization and prioritization skillsAbility to complete multiple tasks and projects within scope and deadlinesTrack record of working cross-functionally with internal teams from the end of the sales cycle through successful product implementationDesire to learn quickly, think outside the box, and come up with solutions to problem.

    Experience with Salesforce, Slack and project management softwareIt's a Plus:
    Knowledge of electric vehicles and charging dynamics.
    Strong computer skills.
    Industry expertise.
    Start-up mentality.
