    Description

    Equifax is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join the Automotive and Insurance Marketing team, responsible for creating integrated marketing campaigns to boost awareness, engagement, and retention in the auto and insurance sectors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional people skills, independence, strong planning capabilities, technical marketing expertise, outstanding time management, and business acumen.

    This role collaborates with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations teams, as well as Industry partners, to craft innovative programs driving demand and marketing qualified leads.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Gain market intelligence and comprehend industry trends, customer needs, and challenges
    • Be an expert on competitors' positioning to identify gaps and opportunities for Equifax
    • Work with product management to create product positioning and messaging targeted at buyer personas
    • Develop and manage a budget supporting growth strategies for market share and new business
    • Establish partnerships and initiatives with Auto and Insurance industry groups
    • Create Vertical-specific content and collateral, including presentations, webinars, videos, case studies, and ROI visualization
    • Assist with Event Coordination as required

    Required Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years in product marketing, marketing communications, or similar B2B roles
    • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot
    • Advanced networking platform experience (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
    • Proven track record in developing strategies for specific target segments

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • MBA or advanced degree
    • Automotive or Insurance Industry background
    • Experience in technology/data industries or related products and services
    • Prior experience in a highly matrixed organization
    • Critical thinking and Project management skills
    • Adaptability to changing environments and priorities
    • Proactive approach to personal development
