Lincoln 'Die Schleswig-Holstein Netz AG' is the network operator for electricity and gas for 2.8 million people in Schleswig-Holstein.

In addition, we offer technical services in the field of electricity and gas, such as the construction and operation of substations or transformer stations with corresponding services, municipal street lighting, and wall boxes for environmentally friendly electric cars.

Our team consists of over 1,400 employees at various locations throughout Schleswig-Holstein and at our headquarters in Quickborn. We are one of the largest training companies in the north and support many social projects throughout the state.

As a partner of the energy transition, we have already connected tens of thousands of wind turbines and solar systems to our electricity grid.

We are involved in innovation projects for more climate protection and will be climate-neutral ourselves by 2030.


To strengthen our team at Schleswig-Holstein Netz AG, we are looking for a (Junior) Project Manager for substations (m/f/d)* at our Rendsburg or Quickborn location near Hamburg as soon as possible.

A challenging task

You will manage the implementation of large energy infrastructure projects (especially the construction of substations) for our customers in Schleswig-Holstein.

You will be the technical contact person for your projects for our customers from the contract conclusion to the end of construction.
