Bad Laer, starting as soon as possible, in
full-time.


Working hours:

Monday - Thursday: 07:30 am - 04:30 pm

Friday: 07:30 am - 03:15 pm

What you can expect from our client:

  • Professional management of visitor reception
  • Operation of the telephone switchboard
  • Responsibility for the cleanliness and order of meeting and social rooms
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
  • And much more.

What you ideally bring with you:

  • Completed commercial training is mandatory
  • Previous experience at a visitor reception or switchboard is desirable
  • Good manners
  • Good computer skills
  • Discretion, flexibility, team spirit
  • Friendly and wellgroomed appearance, organizational talent
