    The Role:

    We are currently looking for a dedicated full-time QA Engineer. Please be aware that this role initiates at our Miami Beach office before transitioning to our NYC location upon its launch in Summer 2024.

    What You'll Do:

    • Integrate into the Zealthy product & engineering team as the primary QA specialist, collaborating closely with engineers and product experts on all QA aspects.
    • Follow current processes and develop more efficient methodologies iteratively, encompassing the creation of automated tests and comprehensive documentation of manual QA procedures.
    • Formulate test strategies and cases for manual testing of intricate, large-scale, distributed systems.
    • Collaborate with Software Engineering and Product Management to comprehend user requirements, establishing and adhering to QA protocols and standards.
    • Delve deep into user experience, engaging in user testing sessions to gain profound insights into user needs and behavior, integrating these insights into our methodologies and strategies.
    • Deploy and leverage tools like VWO insights to identify and resolve real user issues in collaboration with the engineering team.
    • Constantly enhance our QA methodologies and techniques through regular evaluations of new strategies and approaches.
    • Define quality metrics, enhance our continuous integration pipeline, and elevate testing practices and approaches.

    What You'll Bring:

    • Over 2 years' experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer, equipped with a solid grasp of test methodologies and software release cycles.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing data to evaluate the effectiveness of a quality program.
    • Expertise in QA for SaaS web solutions, distributed services, mobile apps, and/or products.
    • Experience guiding technical and non-technical team members on test strategies and tools.
    • Skilled in developing and executing test plans based on feature objectives, software architecture, and user interactions with the solutions.
    • Adept at working independently and driving outcomes in a fast-paced Agile setting.
    • Quick to comprehend and adapt to new concepts and ideas efficiently.
    • Familiarity with modern CI platforms and tools such as GitHub and Jira.
